Shipping & Returns

To initiate a product return, please contact our Customer Care Team at 905-669-9627 to obtain a Return Authorization Number before returning any items.

Return Guidelines:

Returns must be completed within 30 days of the original invoice date.

Provide the corresponding invoice number and, if available, the lot number from the original packaging.

Products must be returned in their original, unopened packaging and be in resalable condition.

Special order items, custom-made products, tools, and machinery are non-returnable unless initially defective.

Defective products may require a manufacturer's inspection prior to return approval.

Shipping Responsibilities:

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for shipping to Rocketline.

If the return is due to a Rocketline shipping error or a manufacturer defect, Rocketline will cover the shipping costs according to the original shipping terms.

Credit Policy:

Credits issued by Rocketline will expire one year from the date of issue and will not be redeemable after that period.
