Rocketline accepts payments via Visa, Mastercard, Interac transfers, and EFT.

Payment is required prior to shipment.

For customers with approved business accounts, payment terms are Net 30 days from the invoice date.

All pricing, products, and services are subject to change. Rocketline reserves the right to adjust prices or products based on market conditions, discontinuation, unavailability, manufacturer price changes, or advertising errors.

Listed prices are net and exclude shipping, handling, taxes, duties, brokerage, and special fees for exports. Customers claiming tax or duty exemptions must provide documentation at purchase, or taxes will be added.

Prices are in Canadian dollars, exclusive of GST, and may change without notice. If website prices differ from customer service quotes, customer service prices are correct.

All product specifications are nominal and may be substituted with equal or better alternatives.

Some product images are for illustration purposes only and may not represent the actual brand or product.

Customers acknowledge that Rocketline is not the manufacturer of any products purchased herein.

Any warranty related to the products must be provided by the manufacturer. Rocketline will pass through any applicable manufacturer warranties, to the extent permissible.

Notwithstanding any contrary provisions, Rocketline's liability is limited to the replacement value of the products purchased through this site. Rocketline and its affiliates expressly disclaim all warranties and conditions—whether statutory, express, or implied—arising from law, course of dealing, usage of trade, or otherwise, related to this site or the products.

This includes, without limitation, any warranties of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. This disclaimer does not alter the terms of any applicable manufacturer’s warranty.

Rocketline will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages, whether based on contract, tort, or any other legal theory, including without limitation loss of revenue or profits, loss of business, or other economic damages, even if such damages were foreseeable or Rocketline has been notified of the possibility of such damages.

Rockeltine is not responsible for delays in delivery that result from any circumstances and will not be liable for damages resulting from such delays.

Rocketline’s aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the purchase price paid by the Customer for the products to which such claim relates.
